(TP) The Atomic Energy Commission warned today that any attempt to enter the Nevada proving grounds by members of the Na tional Committee for Non-Violent Action against Nuclear Wea pons would be repulsed by arm ed guards. The warning followed the group's announcement in New York that some of its members would deliberately violate the law by walking into the re stricted nuclear testing area next week. The committee said it planned the action to back up its protests against nuclear testing. Meanwhile, the AEC announc ed the second consecutive 24 hour postponement of its 11th blast of the test series because of adverse wind conditions. The test, dubbed "Shasta," has been rescheduled for 3:45 a.m. (PST) Thursday. Scientists said pre dicted winds would have spread the fallout over Lincoln Mine, a community of several hundred persons 40 miles east of the test area. The body qf the 39-year-old woman was recovered Monday from the Oregon side of the Snake river near Adrain. Owyhee County Prosecutor Sylvan Jeppesen said he had checked Idaho law and, since it was undetermined on which side of the river Mrs. Ehrhart's body went into the water, he had no statutory power to have the remains sent to Idaho. He added, however, tha in vestigation of Mrs. Ehrhart's strange disappearance and death would continue in Owyhee couny regardless of whether the body could be obtained for any inquest. The woman's hands were tied behind the back but invesigators said the cord was secured with slip knots which Mrs. Ehrhart could have tied herself. Malheur County Coroner George Beechler said there were no other apparent indica tions of any foul play from a study of the body. Audit Of Records An audit still was under way on the Homedale city clerk's records, but Jeppesen said he was doubtful that the records were complete enough to make an accurate balance of accounts. A few days after Mrs. Ehr hart's disappearance, Jeppesen announced that city records, in cluding daily receipts and the police court docket, were miss ing. A warrant was issued for the woman's arrest, charging her wi'ji destruction of public records.
