Eagle Point, an or dained minister in the Assembly of God church, and a part-time crop dusting pilot, was killed last week while flying in New Bruns wick, Canada, according to word received here today. Mr. Behnke, ho had been a resident of Jackson county for several years, had served an As sembly of God church in Ash land until recently. Survivors in clude his widow and five chil dren. . Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, June 28, in the Ross-Hollywood funeral chapel in Portland. RALPH PETER PHILLIPS Ralph Peter Phillips, 67, of route 2, box 383D, Medford, died at his home last night. He was born March 29. 1890, and has been a resident of Med ford for the past year and a half. Survivors include his wife, Mildred: two sons, Bryce and Frank Phillips, one daughter, Mrs. L. E. Franek, all of Med ford; five brothers, Walter Phil lips, Lincoln Nebr., Robert Phil lips, Eagle, Nebr., Byron Phil lips, Omaha, Nebr., Lyle Phil lips, Aberdeen Wash., and Vol mey Phillips, Alberta Canada; two sisters, Miss Bernice Phil lips, Medford, and Mrs. Elma Grady, Berkeley, Calif., and five grandchildren. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Cancer Fund in care of the local postmaster. Private funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Perl Funeral home. The Rev. George Trobough of the First Methodist church will officate. Interment will be in Memory Gardens Me morial park. WILLIAM N. WYCOFF Ashland Funeral services for William N. Wycoff, 87, of 131 Meade t., Ashland, who died Monday, will be held at the Firs t Presbyterian church Friday at 10 a.m. The Rev. B. J. Holland will officiate. Medford, pleaded guilty in district court yesterday to a charge of assault and battery. District Judge James Main fined Miller $105 and sentenced him to six months in the county pail. Judge Main said the jail sentence could be suspended upon payment of the fine after he had served 30 days of the sentence.
