Premier-designate ; Pierre Pfiimlin's chances of for-; ming a government dimmed to-1 day. j Pflimlin said he would form a cabinet only if the Socialists gave him their all-out support.; And the Socialists said they , would support him only if he, continued the policies of ousted Socialist Premier Guy Mollet. ! The Socialists also announced' Monday night they would not join a government if it contained ministers from the Conservative Independents and the Peasant party w hich engineered Mollct s downfall. The Socialists, with P9 mem bers in the National Assembly, are the most influential single bloc and Pfiimlin's government could hardly survive without Socialist support. Newly developed materials now make it possible to do sky writing in color.
