(U.R) A 76-year-old retired evangelist who lives west of here doesn't have to worry about getting tickets for speeding. Fox of the Gatlin School community said he be lieves his car is the oldest us able auto in Stephens county. "I traded my old car on this new one about two years ago," Fox said.
