The Catholic Diocesan School System sponsored a scholarship program three years ago, paying all the college tuition costs of 220 top students. In exchange, the coeds will teach in local Catholic schools as soon as they are graduated. The program is expected to re lieve a critical shortage of teach ers for the 109,000 pupils en rolled in Pittsburgh di s t r i c t Catholic schools. Moore of Lake Tahoe, Calif., will represent Oregon in Northwest competition for Rhodes scholar ships at Spokane tomorrow.
