(UP) United Press news service in New Jer seywas disrupted almost five hours ednesday night by a fire in the building which houses the CP's Newark bureau. The fire, which broke out about 8:30 p.m , was extinguish ed quickly. But wires which car ry news oi the state to news paper and radio clients were dis connected by the smoky blaze. There were no injuries. Donald F. Graff, the bureau's night manager, turned in an alarm after workers in the news office noticed smoka rolling up through a shaft from a diner below.
