The Mergetts girl was pinned beneath the veh icle and lay unconscious for nine i days until she was found July 3. i She was spotted from the air by , a Civil Air Patrol plane. j Authorities have been unable ; to learn details of the accident because of the girl's amnesia. Miss Margetts suffered a broken right collarbone and ; fractured vertebrae in the mis-! hap and some of the toes of her ; right foot had to be amputated ' Buddy Baer Acquitted Of Molestation Charge:? Van Nuys. Calif. .U.R Boxer-turned-actor Buddy Baer, 41. has been acquitted of child molestation charges. A Municipal Court jury Mon day acquitted Baer. former fighter and brother of former heavyweight champion Max Baer. on two counts of child molestation. Two other counts in connection with the case were dismissed earlier by Municipal Judge Kenneth Holaday. Baer was charged with im proper conduct toward three young girls.
