Chiloquin Girl Fights for Life As Attacker Rests in KF Cell Klamath Falls (U.R) A 38-year-old Mexican immigrant who worked at a railroad section hand was in the Klamath county Jail today, suspected of raping and stabbing a 15-year-old girl early Saturday. Luis Garcia was returned here last night from Yreka, Cal., after waiving extradition. Po lice said he admitted the attack on the girl, Dorothy Jackson of Chiloquin, but was not clear as to details. Sunday night he returned to Kegg Pitt and hid under the rail road shed, he said. The girl was found Saturday afternoon, unconscious and cov ered withj a blanket in a road side ditch about 40 miles north of here. Langley Said III; Misses Jury Session Portland U.R) Multno mah county's vice-probing grand jury worked without the testi mony of District Attorney Wil liam Langley yesterday but heard several other witnesses before the day was out.
