The lower dam also would cost about 40 million dollars less than that originally planned, or some 310 million dollars. The high dam would inundate towns of Arlington, Boardman and Irrigon in Oregon and Pat terson, Alderdale and Plymouth in Washington. The town of Roosevelt, Wash., faces inunda tion by the low-level dam. Read and Use Classified Ads The Community's Biggest Marketplace Quotes From the News By UNITED PRESS San Francisco Gov.
