Officials London (U.R The London Daily Express today printed a nine-panel cartoon captioned "Let's try union with the USA just to end those Dulles versus Europe bickerings." One picture showed Prime Minister Anthony Eden board ing a gangplank marked "U.S. Citizens Only" and wearing a sport coat, bow tie and wide brimmed hat. The caption read: "Senator Eden, representing England state, leaves to take his place in Congress." Another panel showed Holly wood movie star Marilyn Mon roe sitting on the lap of Lord Privy Seal R. A. Butler, whose bald pate is marked with a bold splash of lipstick. Still, another panel showed seven men crowded together on one seat in the Senate chamber. The tagline read: "The senator for the state of France takes his seat." Suspect Arrested In Linn Robbery Albany '(U.R) Sheriff George Miller and a deputy left here to day for Coos Bay to pick up Robert Lee Roberts, 33, a sus pect in Tuesday's robbery at the Linn county courthouse in which $8,000 .Jvas taken. Roberts was 'arrested in Coos Bay on a drunk charge after a heavy spending spree. Sheriff Miller, who flew to Coos Bay yesterday to talk to Roberts, said he was convinced that phys ical evidence linked Roberts with the Albany holdup. Police in Coos Bay said Rob erts told them he was in Eu gene Tuesday and that a stranger approached him and asked him to drive a rented car back to Reno. ' In the holdup, County Treas urer Raymond Tomlinson was slugged by a bandit who fled withhe money.
