Husband Hunting According to the most recent report on husband hunting there are more bachelors than bachel- orettes in every State in the Union. However, the bachelor ettes are experiencing keen com petition in the husband hunting field from young widows and di vorcees. That's because there are more' widows than widow ers in every State. Also there are more divorcees than di vorced men in every State but Montana and Nevada. Both wid ows and divorcees seem to have a marked preference for bach elors, that is, men who have never been- married. This makes things very tough for the bachel- orettes. Up the Ladder Difficulties personally exper ienced are frequently the inspir ation of profitable business en terprises. Mrs. Henry Schlundt of Evansville, Ind., shopping for baby clothes, grew weary of having to go to so many differ ent shops to complete her in fant's outfitting.
