Oregon LECTION NOTICE South Bear Creek Sanitary District Notice is hereby given that on De cember 5. 1955 at 3578 South Pacific Highway. Medford, Oregon, within the boundaries of the district, an election of the South Bear Creek Sanitary District will be held in and for said district for the purpose of electing a Director for the term of office from January 3. 1956. through January 6, 19o9. At said election the question will be submitted to the legal voters of said district whether the Board of Directors of the district shall be authorized to issue general obligation bonds of the district in an amount not exceeding $40,000.00 to bear in terest not exceeding 6 per annum, navable semiannually, said bonds ma turing serially within not to exceed 25 years from issue date in such amounts and at such times as the Board shall determine.
