Marshal Reports City Fire Marshal Truman Nelson said that nine orders for correction of fire hazards were issued yester day. Six . business occupancies and one public garage were in spected. Hand Lacerated Miss Eva Goble, 725 Oak st, is reported today in good condition at Com munity hospital where she was taken Wednesday afternoon by Medford ambulance attendants after she received deep lacera tions to a hand. Freight Agent Here L. Rus sell Gates, traveling freight agent for the Chicago, Milwau kee, St. Paul and Pacific rail way, has arrived in Medford from Great Falls, Mont. He will be located here permanently and will call on shippers as far north as Eugene and west to Lakeview. Company headquarters is at Eu gene. Mrs. Gates and their son will join them here after the first of the year. In the mean time Gates is trying to locate a residence for his family.
