Game time is 8 p. m. The engagement will give the Crusaders of Medford their on ly tune-up tangle before they begin Jackson County B League play. In the morning Tound Booe defeated Bill War yan of Minneapolis, 5 and 4. Robbins Took Miles : In addition to taking care of Hopkins, Robbins defeated John Miles of Mamaroneck, N.Y., in Thursday's matches, 2 and 1. Hyndman first kayoed Jimmy McHale, another Philadelphia in surance broker in the morning, 2 and 1, and then in the after noon knocked out 19-year-old Joe Campbell, Purdue Univer sity student from Anderson, Ind., 2 up. The Crusaders will begin their season with a good number of veterans in the line-up. And at last report they will be near intact physically. . Center John Walsh will miss the fray be cause of shoulder dislocation. St. Mary's will continue to use the double wing which was introduced last year. Jim Darland and Dick Paup may open at ends tomorrow and Paup will also see service in the backfield. Either Green or Elberts could begin at a guard and, if so, the other guards will be chosen from among Francis Murphy, Ed Fogel and Jack Relling. Roseburg Indians Play at Ashland Ashland Ashland high grid men show their 1955 model to' home fans this evening when they entertain Roseburg here. Al Simpson, handling the head grid coaching duties for the Grizzlies, has groomed his crew with a double wing attack which worked effectively in a 10 to 6 win over Fortuna, Calif., las night. It could mean some spectacular football this fall. Roseburg loomed strong in pre-season drills but fell to Esta cada, last week. The Indians may be back in stride this week.
