District Court jury here yester day returned a verdict in favor of Southern Pacific Railroad in a $150,000 damage suit brought against the railroad. The case, first to be tried in the Klamath Falls federal court session, was heard by Judge James Alger Fee of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The suit was brought by the widow of Donald L. Daulton, railroad brakeman killed in a fall from the footboard of a worktrain engine near Klamath Falls in October, 1952. She had claimed the railroad was neglf gent. Body of Prineville Man Found in River Prineville OI.R) The body of Jerry Battles, Prineville, was recovered from a wide, deep pool between two Crooked River rapids about a mile and a half upstream from Cove State Park yesterday. More than 100 men had been looking for Battles' body for the past five days. Battles and Mar tin Martinson, also of Prinve ville, drowned Sunday when their rubber raft capsized in rapids at the head of the Crook ed River Gorge. Two other occu pants of the raft survived.
