Farm Price Outlook Claimed Encouraging Washington (U.R) Secre tary of Agriculture Ezra T. Ben son said today the farm price outlook now is "encouraging." He said it would be "a grave and costly mistake" to repeal the ad ministration's flexible farm price support program and restore rigid high supports for basic crops. .. Testifying before the House Agriculture Committee, Benson also warned against any move to legislate an increase in dairy price supports five per cent would cost taxpayers $125,000, 000, he said. . "Dairy surpluses are declin ing" he said, and "this is not time to rock the boat."
