Seitz got bis chance when State star Ronnie Shavlik col lected a fourth personal foul midway in the second half and Duke assumed a 70-60 lead. Seitz, with an average of 1.6 points per game, ambled in and quickly stunned Duke with an awesome display of hook-shooting and rebounding. Only three minutes after .his entry, State tied the score. Broke Game Open With 1:56 to play, the score was tied at 78-78 when he broke the game open by sinking a tie breaking basket, feeding Shav-. lik for another, and then adding the final goal of the game him self. ,, .
