Stereo phonic sound to allaw reproduc tion of the new four track high fidelity sound recordings. - - y The new screen will entirely fill: the.-proscenium arch of the theater, according to Corbin. He estimated that the entire project will cost several thousand dol lars. At the present time,the"Hp!lZ theater in Medford is- the only one in this area equipped for the new mediums. Corbin' noted that, "More and more' of k the better films are being made in the new mediums and the Cra terian is needed to allow . local patrons to see these pictures on an up to date basis. Opening Set Monday For New Laundry Here Opening of the Arrow Laun dry and Dry cleaners, 520 South Riverside' ave., is set 'for Mon day, according to Frank H. Sher ier of the Cleaners Exchange Inc., Portland, who has been here to engineer, installation of equipment. v The firm previously dealt in dry cleaning only. Only Native of County Dies in California ' Wayne Leever, a native of Central Point and a resident of Jackson , county f or some years, died this; week in La Jolla, Calif., it 'was reported" to day. Mr. Leever was the. son of a former Jackson county '. commis sioner, -and was the brother of Earl Leever, i Medford, and of Mrs. E. C. Jerome; Medford. Earl Leever and E. C.
