Har- rey Sr., 78, chairman of the OPEN Nights TILL 9:00 Fred Harvey restaurant and dining car service organization, died yesterday after a brief ill nesi. Harvey was the son of the founder of the chain of Harvey Houses which dotted the right of way of the Santa Fe railroad in the days before dining cars be came popular. Harvey was a native of Cleve land, Ohio.
