Voigts should know,i for his Wildcats, who haven't won a Big Ten contest since . the last game of the 1952 season, lost to both of the title rivals by the same margin, seven points. - "We felt that we should have beaten Michigan," he said, "and we felt that the worst we should have gotten against Ohio State was a tie. The 1955 Chryslers are of fered in two lines this year the Windsor Deluxe and the New Yorker Deluxe. Both lines have a wheelbase of 126 inches. Models Available The Windsor Deluxe is avail able in a six-passenger sedan. Nassau hardtop coupe, Newport hardtop, convertible, and Town and Country, wagon. The New Yorker Deluxe models are avail able in a six-passenger sedan. Newport hardtop coupe, new St Kegis special two-tone hardtop coupe, convertible, and Town and Country wagon. They are available in a choice of 17 solid colors and 26 two- tone combinations. A total of 33 color combinations of nylons and vinyls are offered in inte- r i.o r- decoration. All-leather trim in the same colors is also available. Ashland Motorcvde eluh will hold its annual turkey run on Sunday, November 21. Invitation to narticinat have been sent to other cycle clubs. All riders desiring to enter are to be at the Olympic truck serv ice station south of Medford at 11 a. m. on Sunday. Plenty of ups and downs and tumbles and thrills are expected in the romp for the big turkev which will await the winner. Shaw Gets E-W Berth San Francisco Quar terback George Shaw of Oregon and halfback Cecil Corky Taylor of Kansas State were named yes- terday to the West team for the Shrine East-West classic on New Year's Day. The selections were announced by the West's head coach, Lynn Pappy Waldorf of the Universi ty of California. Shaw is the first Oregon player io be named to the West Shrine team since Guard Ray Lung in 1950. . Other Oregon players were be lieved to be under consideration. Large Attendance At Turkey-Shoot Medford Gun club reported a large turnout and numerous participants Sunday in its first turkey shoot of the season. .Prizes were hams and bacon as well as turkeys. Demos Expected To Back Administration Washington (U.PJ Speak er Joseph Martin Jr., (R- Mass.), told President Eisenhow er today he expects "substan tial" Democratic support for the administration program in Con gress next year. Martin called at the White House to give some of his ob servations on the recent cam paign and to talk over the sit uation in Congress next year when the Democrats will be in control. The speaker said that in his campaign travels all over the country he found a Democrats telling the people how "anxious they were to cooperate with the Eisenhower program."
