f. Cerebral Pa Isy Patients Become Parents of Los Angeles (U.R) Michael Thomas Milliman was one week old today. He is a very special baby because he is completely normal and will be cared for by his parents, both of whom are severe cerebral palsy cases. Michael's mother, JoAnn, 24, gave birth after four hours' la bor at Queen of Angeles Hospi tal here. Physicians said it was a "rarity" for two cerebral palsy persons to become parents. i Pretty .JoAnn - and her bus band, Richard, also 24, left the hospital with Michael Saturday for 10 days with his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Winteregg, of nearby Van Nuys, When JoAnn has recovered her strength, the couple will resume living at their Los Angeles resi dence with MichaeL , Simple Explanation -JoAnn was certain she could care for her six-pound, five- ounce baby. Milliman walks with the help of a cane, and his wife uses cane or a wheelchair.
