Such tragedies may occur once in a year or two. But the highway and street toll of young innocents produces a casualty list every day, year after year. There is much we can do about it for WE are responsible. In one year 4,300 young lives are snuffed out, over 200,000 injured and maimed for life. Three out of every four of these lives sacrificed to carelessness are from 5 to 14 years old. Too young to die. These facts are well to remember right now because school starts to morrow.
