Senators and representa tives hire him to make record ings of speeches. Some of them are for network shows, ' others are mailed to radio stations in the legislators' home districts. , Loeb and his helpers do all of the work. They time the speeches and edit and cut them to fit what program is needed. All the politicians have to do is talk. For all of this Loeb gets his fee cash the minute the work is done.
