He loves his four children and ma very dear ly. The only fault ha has is to go out about one a month and drink until he can't stand up. It is hard to convince him not to drive the car and ho already has a charge against him for drunken driving. Then when he warns you of his urge, take away his car keys so he cannot drive the car and keep him in the house, by force if necessary. CAT STEALING OKAYED Durham. N. C.OJ.PJ North Carolina law regards a cat as a wild animal and, as such, does not recognize stealing a cat as a crime. Judge A. R. Wilson ex plained the law in freeing a ce f endant accused of stealine a cat. He added that it is no crime to steal a dog that is not listed on county tax books as property can handle it by mail. : This acid condition is handy to have around the office. The quack who has only to learn what your chief comolaint may be in order to sit back and tell you what to eat or what not to eat or what medicine to take or what beverage to drink to avoid or what kind of bath to take or whether you . need a change of climate, behaves that way because he knows you are a sucker.
