G. Becker, local agent of the firm, announced to day. Greyhound terms this vehicle "a new travel miracle." The bus seats 43 passengers and gives each "front seat visibility," Becker said. It has two windshields and skylights in addition to spacious windows. He reported mat tne dus is more tnan 8U per cent glass above seat level and that sun glare is filtered out by a new tinting method. The vehicle has a lavatory, drinking fountain, two way radio, public address system and facilities for playing recorded music. Commander Scott of the "Romance of the Highways radio program will be master of ceremonies for the showing. At Ash land the bus will stop between tu:.su and iu:43 a.m. Wednesday. May 7. Lt. Donald Stewart, com mander of the Medford civil air patrol flight, announced today that the state drill competition for CAP cadets had been defi nitely set for 1 p. m. Sunday at the Medford senior high foot ball field. Two Squadron! Only two drill squadrons, one from the Medford flight and one from Portland, will participate. The winning contingent will win a free air jaunt to Ogdcn, Utah, for the regional drill contest. The activity here will be open to the public and Stewart has urged a big turnout of Medford ites to support the local boys. An anonymous telephone caller said he saw boy putting something under his piazza and that he thought it was a bomb. Dr. Burpee dismissscd the threat as the action of a crack pot.
