The pipe extended from an at tic boiler, it was said, and the boiler was "popping off." Glass from a Front street door window fell out when a fireman forced noon the door. P THE TO Reckless Driver Gets Fine, Car Impounded Myron J. Clark, 734 McAn drews road, was fined $25 in po lice court yesterday after plead ing guilty to reckless and hit-run driving charges, according to city police who said also that Clark's car was impounded for 60 days. Police said that the accusa tions were in connection with collisions at Jackson and Cen tral avenue Saturday. Two other cars were damaged. Clark was instructed to pay for repairs to the two vehicles, police stated.
