CREOMULSION forCuihj,.aitt.C8ldi,Bronchitii TALENT PATRONS Talent, Jan. 25 An election in the local school district to de termine its stand in regard to consolidating with Phoenix or building a union high school for the two districts was favored by the majority of approximately 40 persons who met in the gym nasium here last night to discuss the matter. Frank Dunkin, director of the school board, in an interview this morning said, however, that opinion was divided on the two proposals and which one would go on the ballot would be de cided after a meeting of the two school boards January 28. More favor was shown for unification or consolidation than for making additions to the present Talent school facilities. The election will not be held until after March 1. Consensus of those for com bining the schools is that bene fits would be manifold, in bet ter and more adequate facilities for modern educational pro- gnms and wider variety of sub jects possible. The matter of continuing the hot lunch program in the Talent schools when government sub sidies run out In March was also brought up at the meeting Dunkin said. Most of the group wanted the complete lunches served at raised price. Turnout for the discussion was considered fair in size according to Dunkin.
