Conn of Roseburg whose terms expire. Officers chosen by the directors were Elmer R. Hull, Central Point, president and Raymond A. Lathrop, Grants Pass, vice president. Arthur M. Boner was retained as secretary-treasurer and Jack G. Bertrand was ap pointed his assistant. 270 Stockholders Reports read at the meeting stated that the association had 270 stockholders with a S46.115 investment at the end of 1945 and that loans for the year totaled S75 1,000. Over a period of 12 years stockholders have accumulated a S29,4U0 reserve. Otto F. Allgaier, speaker from the Spokane office of the Pro duction Credit corporation, said that the Farm Credit adminis tration's twelfth district com prised of Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana had loaned $500,000,000 in its 12-year his tory and that the national total for the period was S4.150.000, 000. Losses on a national scale have been only one-seventh of one per cent. 240 Attend Other sectional meets were at Coauille. Tuesday, and Roseburg, Monday.
