Wood ford on activities, of the city po lice court for last year revealed that $4,182.50 was taken by the court in fines and forfeited ball. In 404 arrests for drunken ness, a total of $2,404 in fines and ball was taken. Remainder of the 957 arrests Included 229 overparklng offenses, and other miscellaneous traffic violations and misconduct charges. Although comparative figures for 1945 were not available, Judge Woodford stated that the city's income last year from the court was considerably more than the year before.
