Vivian Nov. 2, at the Multnomah hotel, according to Ray Carr, state president. The 12th annual convention will start with registration be ginning at 10 a. m. Friday. The banquet program will start at 7 p. m. Saturday morning sessions will convene at 9:30 a. m. to receive reports ot committees and to con duct election of officers for the coming year.
