That each and all of the claims that may bo made on the part of any or all of nuid defendants herein, in or to snld real prop. 5 erty herein described, or any part thereof, be adjudged and de clared to be null and void; that the plaintiffs herein be decreed lo be the owners, in fee simple, of said real property, free and cleat- or any rignt, or ciaim wnaisoever on the part of snld- defendants, or any of them. That each and all of the de fendants herein, and each and all persons claiming, or to claim, by, through or under them, or any of them, be forever enjoined, re strained and barred from assert ing, attempting to establish, or claiming, any right, title, estate, lien or interest whatsoever in, to, or upon said real property, or any part or parcel thereof, and that plaintiffs' title to said prem ises be forever quieted and set t rest.
