In a good Dr. Brady many instances eoncention does not occur until the third, year of marriage. It Is generally not advisable to do anything about it before that. If or when anything Is to be done about it, since it is a fifty-fifty ouestion which partner, if either, is Infertile, both husband and wife should consult the physl clan. No intelligent wife should assume responsibility if the hus band has not consulted the phy sician for a test of his fertility. It is as stupid as it is mischiev ous for a wife to submit to any kind of treatment on the assump tion that she is the infertile part ner, if her husband has not been so examined by the physician. Now the sensible course for any man and wife who have been married over three years and are still without prospects is, as al ready explained, to consult a physician. Not necessarily a spe cialist. First the husband should undergo a test for fertility. If the test indicates a normal degree of fertility then, and then only, is it in order for the wife to consult the physician. If there is any lack of confi dence in the ability of the fam ily physician, then the husband Thursday, June 28, 1943 theater ribbon with two battle 1 participation stars. JACK OREY ONE The Philippines The primary duty of the men who fly the navy's search planes between here and China is pt trolling rather than bombing, but they manage to work in plenty of "extra duty" blasting from time to time. or example, take a recent day's work by one of the new Privateers, of which Jack Orey, aviation radioman third class, of Medford, Ore., is a crew mem ber, Orey is a top-turret gunner of the Privateer, which is at tached to an air wing of aircraft, Seventh Fleet. On this day, Orey's plane knocked off four railroad en gines, a Jap bomber, two trucks and a large launch. After thoroughly covering their search sector, the navy air men were headed for home, fly ing along the east coast of For mosa, when they spotted the Jap bomber on an airfield. They sent their four-engine Privateer sweeping In across the field like a fast fighter. The gunners let go with all they had, and the Jap plans burned and exploded. Meanwhile, two Jap trucks were seen scurrying for safety along the field's edge, and the Privateer's gunners again went to work, destroying both. The Privateer then followed a railroad track along the coast, Sighting a locomotive puffing along, Orey's crew went in straf ing.
