Without digging up the master copy to show precisely what I aid In numerous references to the hospital delivery room I am certain I have not said any such thing here or elsewhere. Had I said what you mean I would have said such a rule is enforced only or used only In shrdy in stitutions, not "only used." More over I have never argued that anybody's relatives, neighbors or lellow citizens should be present at time of delivery. I have said that in my opinion, and if the patient wishes, her husband should remain with her through out delivery. And I say here that I doubt the reliability or safety of any hospital or other lying-in Institution that excludes or at temps to exclude the husband from the delivery room.
