Restaurants which customarily remain open all night may con tinue to serve food after mid night, WMC said, but they may not serve any liquor not even beer or ale. And they may not furnish any amusement, even Juke boxes, Restaurants which normally stay open an hour or two after midnight must close at 12 hence forth even for serving of food. She had been an invalid for over five years. She was born In Jackson county, -W. Va., August 1, 1890. She has been a resident here and at Medford for 19 years. Mrs. Milhoan was a member of the local Royal Neighbors lodge and a member of the Christian church in the east She is survived by two daugh ters, Mrs. Marjorie Donigan and Mrs. Margaret Hoxie, Medford; two sisters, Mrs. Charles Kappel, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Mrs, H. B. Ayers, Central Point, and three brothers, S. S. Ring, Denver. Colo.; R. W. Ring, Yod- er, Colo., and M. A. Ring, Ash land.
