THREE DEAD IN INT F Myrtle Point, Ore., J5ee. 13 (U.R) The third death in a shoot ing attributed to Jealousy occur red here yesterday when Ed ward Watzling, 39, fcuccumbed at a hospital. Watzling, a resident here for 19 years, died of a bullet wound in the chest, inflicted by Eugene E. Adams, 40, who killed him self Sunday night after slaying Mrs. Barbara Dahrenn, 22. Police said that Adams fired into a room in the home of Mrs. Dahrenn's father, Ira L. Pat ridge, as she watched Watzling and Patridge playing cards. Po lice reports attributed the triple slaying to jealousy in that Adams and Mrs. Dahrenn had been seen together several times since she arrived from Roseburg to visit her parents. Watzling leaves his widow; two sons, a brother and two sisters, Gertrude Watzling of Medford and Mrs. Geraldine Porter of Seattle. Nf Rome, Dee. 13 (U.R) The Germans have launched a series of attacks along the 6th army front, headauarlers disclosed to dayi in an apparent, effort to up1 set preparations tor a possible large scale .offensive toward Bologna. - British troops of the 8th army were driven temporarily from Castel Nuova on Mount Cerere by a strong German attack but regained the position after hard righting. Considerable activity was not ed behind German lines. Even on the west coast American pa trols were engaged in fierce fights by the Germans. The office of price administra tion said in anonuncing the in crease that price ceilings on neither flour nor bread will be affected. OPA said the increase In the wheat price was made in accord ance with the stabilization ex tension act of 194 which speci fied that the price be calculated to reflect parity to the producer.
