MacMurtrle and Lt L. Randall of the Women's Army corps at Camp White were visi tors at the last meeting of Crater Lake Chapter. Daughters of the American Revolution, at the home of Mrs. G. Q. D'Alblnl. Quince street. They spoke on behalf of the WAC recruiting campaign now In progress, stat ing that an attempt is being made to fill a quota of 70.000 recruits by Nov. 7 In order to replace soldier casualties. The chapter pledge its support of this campaign. Mrs. Bert B. Lowry reported on proceedings of the state board of Oregon chapters held in Port land Sept. 27. Guests in addition to the WAC officers were Mrs. O. E. G. Meyers. Mrs. T. W. Miles. Mrs. Lorena Leach and Mrs. Lillian Searles. The hostess and her assistants. Mrs. 11. E. Armstrong and Mrs. A. E. Nevita Chapter Honors Officers Central Point Past matrons and past patron of NeviU chap ter, Order of Eastern Star, at Central Point, were honored at meeting of the group held Tuesday, October 28 at the Ma sonic temple In Central Point.
