Thir teenth St. It will be taught by Madelyn Schade Klinefelter and is sponsored by the Washington Parent-Teacher association. The class Is open to anyone who wishes to enter. Students Here Six young men who are students at the University of Colorado at Boul der under the navy's V-12 pro gram, are in Medford on a short leave. Included in the group fare Dan Winter, Elwood Hed Yierg, Jr., Bill Bayliss, Bob Mit chell, Bob Holmes and Charles Braley. They will leave Thurs day night to return to Colorado. Plan Party The annual Hal lowe'en party will be given by the Lone Pine Parent-Teacher association Friday evening of this week, beginning at 6:30 o'clock. Officers state that ev eryone in the community is in vited andr each family is asked to bring weiners, buns and pie sufficient for the family. Coffee is to be furnished. ' Court Citations Douelas Mar ion Gaylor, arrested last Satur day on South Fir street and confined in a local hospital since that time, appeared in city police court this morning to receive a sentence of 10 days. Cecil Orr Hamilton, 38, arrested on East Main street near Cen tral avenue yesterday and con fined in city jail since then, was fined $10 In court this morning. This is a very important meet ing according to the local Select ive Service boards and Capt. Berlin will furnish first hand in formation to the various indus tries and employees in the coun ty.
