All were happy that Sister Mary Moore was able to attend. The Grange-sponsored dinner was held Thanksgiving day- with four table loaded with tempting food. Mr. Emma Messal and Mrs. Alma Meyer invited the following soldier from Camp White: Thomas Nevis, George Barrow, William S. Love, Ed ward Vealey, George E. Heiberg. Walter Clepper, Jim Head, Joe Rankin and Capt. Theo C. Ma fapis. A program followed the feast. A one soldier expressed it, he would "always remember this Thanksgiving day at the Grange hall."
