The only national guardsmen left in Oregon after removal of the 4 1st division would be the 249th coast artillery, re cently equipped with search lights and anti-aircraft guns. Dodd Extends Stay Full Gospel Church "Evangelist Ferris A. Dodd whose forceful preaching and inspiring singing have been so much enjoyed during his cam paign here, has been persuaded to extend his stay another week," Leonard Weston, pastor of the Full Gospel church an nounced yesterday. "Many have received spiritual help in these services and a number have dis covered a new hope and power for a victorious Christian life. Rev. Weston said. McCormack were named by a federal grand Jury today in two indictments charging con spiracy to obstruct Justice In connection with the tCOOO.OUO 1936 Missouri fire Insurance compromise, Pcndergast and O'Malley, for mer, state Insurance superin tendent, have each served fed eral prison terms for failure to pay Income taxes on money the government charged was paid them in connection with the compromise. McCormack, St. Louis Insur ance man, was a key witness before the grand Jury which returned those indictments. He had not previously been named on a criminal charge. Under terms of the insurance rate settlement, fire Insurance firms received 80 per cent of the huge impounded sum out of which they were to pay costs of prolonged litigation.
