Next Grange meeting will be July 2 instead of July 4. Our candidate will be taken to Live Oak Grange, July 1, for first and second degrees. Enterprise Grange invited our third and fourth degree team to exemplify degrees for sev eral candidates soon. An appropriate Flag Day pro gram was presented by Lec turer Viola Plnkerton, using mostly young Grange members. Bean, public utilities commis sioner, reported to the governor. Bean, who hat just completed his first year as commissioner, listed the work ot the P.U.C. for the past 12 months. Under the commissioner's supervision 810 rural line ex tensions were constructed by electric utilities during the past year, adding 4661 customers to the state's electrical energy users.
