Department Store The fishing season at Dia mond lake will open May 20 and the Diamond Lake Resort will open the same day for the summer season. Prospects for good fishing on the opening date appear favor able, it was stated in a message received today by the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce from George L. Howard, resort manager. The customary resort facilities will be available for the opening of the fishing season at the famous lake, Mr. Howard said. Accommodations and facilities will be available for ' fishermen as well as other recreationists and those who seek only a quiet rest in a serene atmosphere. Cook in double boiler until the mutur thickens slightly about seven min ute. Stir frequently. Add gelatin which has soaked flv minute In the cold water. Stir until it ha dissolved. Cool until psrtly thick lit will hold It shape when miked). Beat whites until stiff, add cream of tartar and other -gar. Beat until very creamy. Fold In ttie Juice and rind. Blend into the gelatin mixture and pour into the crust. Chill until firm.
