Milland and Cummings are the two newspaper reporters w'hose bosses recognize the ar ticles as the work of the emi nent doctor and send them to reach the notable, and get the story that would prove a ''scoop of International importance. They are kept away from him by his daughter and constant association with her soon has the two enamoured. Through Milland's publishing a story of the discovery of the writer alive, the Gestapo agents ar rive to murder Dr. Norden, but arc foiled by the newspapermen.
