ICT Washington, Dec. 27. (Ph A federal grand jury indicted Booknlga, Inc., and two officers, Boris Nikolsky and I. A. Ilyln, today on charges of violating the foreign agent registration act. The Justice department said Nikolsky was president of Book nlga and was formerly chief of the export division of Mezhk- niga of Moscow, the official Soviet propaganda agency. Both men are Russian citizens. The specific charge was that the men had wilfully omitted material information from a registration statement filed with the state department.
