Saturday night, so members are
urged to please bake pies for
the occasion and send them to

remain for the evening. .We

the Japanese house of represen
tatives asking the cabinet "give
serious consideration to whether
it should remain in power."

today on charges of violating
the foreign agent registration
act.
The Justice department said
Nikolsky was president of Book
nlga and was formerly chief of
the export division of Mezhk-
niga of Moscow, the official
Soviet propaganda agency. Both
men are Russian citizens.
The specific charge was that
the men had wilfully omitted
material information from a
registration statement filed with
the state department.
Booknlga, Inc., was described
as successor to Booknlga Cor
poration, which was dissolved
some months ago. Nlga is Rus
sian for "book."
