(AP) A young man invaded ward P or the Bon Prancuco hospital today, hot and killed a patient and criti cally wounded a policeman. Inspector Jerome Smith said the youth gave his name as George Dally, 31. Ho was captured In corridor.. The officer said revenge evidently waa the motive. The victim was Morris Corn prop t 34, who was being guarded as the result of a spectacular knife and gun fight on. November SO, when he was wounded. Policeman Walter Salisbury, 44. who was guarding Corn props t, hur ried to tho door with drawn gun when he heard a commotion and vu shot and critically wounded Hospital Orderly John Buscovlch heard the shots and over-powered Dally In the hall. It saves me the trouble." 4 OF CP. Nathalie Rosetta Martin, 10, a res ident of Central Point, Ore,, for the past three years, passed away at a local hospital December 14 at 0:30 p, xn. She was stricken with pneumonia on December 8. - She surrendered her life to the Lord and through her prayers and testimony, waa Instrumental In the bringing of other souls to Christ. Nathalie waa born at M areola, Ore., Oct. 81, 1022. She was In her second year at Central Point high school and was very sweet and charming person kilty, and leaves many friends to mourn her sudden death. She leaves to mourn, her father and mother, Mr. and Mxa. C. E. Mar tin of Central Point, two sister, Mrs. R. W. Akers and Marjory Verl Mar tin, one brother, Karl Dean Martin, all of Central Point, her grandpar- enta, Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Martin of Mori ford, and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Gray of Ashland, Ore., and many other relatives. Funeral services will be conducted at the Perl Chanel Saturday at 3 p. m.. Rev. Mrs. B. A. Thompson of Mexuord and Rev. Mrs. Dorothy Mc Claln of Klamath Palls officiating. PRISON SENTENCE FOR . EMBEZZLING AUDITOR Stockton. Cal., Dec' IB. (UP) L. H. Donnelly, deputy city auditor, who confessed to embezzling 92000 from the city or stockton'i bond re demption fund to pay gambling debta incurred at Reno, today was sentenced to serve from one to ten years In San Quentln prison. Donnelly entered a plea of guilty before Superior Judge D. M. Young, who Immediately passed sentenco. Donnelly will be taken to Son Quen tln tomorrow.
