McCoy of 111 Washington Is improving rapidly from a ttoroat ailment for which he has been receiving treatment In Seattle, Wash., for some time, he stated In a letter to a friend here today. (AP) The Oregon Association of Hospitals urg ed hospitals and relief organizations today to create uniform rates In car ing for Indigents.
