(AP) Builders took out permits for roundly 13,159,000 worth of new structures In the Pacific coast's 10 largest cities In July, the Associated Press monthly survey showed today. This substantial figure showed In creases .over both the preceding month and the like 1937 month. Residential building hit a new high sines 1930. July was the first month to show & gain over the Ilka month of last year since February. The total number of July permits 6894 was lower than the 7407 of June, but up about 300 from July last year and 300 from July, 1936.
