(AP) A sympathy strike, against 70 Safeway stores was ended yesterday when of fice workers, butchers and bakers re turned to work voluntarily. They struck in sympathy when the grocery clerk's union called a walk out lost week, but returned because of a blanket contract with the Safe way organization.
