Ever have the wrapper tick to the meat and have to pick it off in bits before you could cook it? Well - parchment is the only grease and moisture proof wrapper. Wax paper will help a little and is much cheaper, but it should never be wrapped next to fresh meat as the paraffine tends to discolor it. We advise leaving your meats in the parchment wrap per right in your refrigerator. It prevents drying out the meat won't discolor and odors of other foods cannot pen etrate the parchment. Parchment is washable and may be used for wrapping other foods in the refrigerator or for sandwiches.
