Wall St. Report NEW YORK, May 2S (AP) Stocks wro unsuccessful Id maintaining a mild early rally today and market leaders succumbed to an afternoon sell-off for losses running to 3 or more polnta. A sharp break in several commodi ties, especially cotton futures, cast further clouds on speculative senti ment for stocks, but cotton came back a little from the worst, In ad dition, trading forces were Inclined to lighten commitments when word was received the president would an nounce In a broadcast tomorrow after the close his action on the tax revi sion bill. The measure hss been awaiting the executive's signature or veto for some days. While tension over the German Czech crisis eeemed to have eased a trifle, Wall street recognised Europe Is not out of the woods so far as war Is concerned and there was a dis inclination of commission house cus tomers to climb on a buying limb pending more assurances of peace on the continent. MKHFOHD TRAFFIC SAFETY roi"Nrii Ritzes Mad Antics Now at Craterian Some absent-minded custodian left the asylum door open yesterday and three upper clasNiirii graduated with degrees of bughouse-cum-laude-and-funnter. Which li only an Inadequate way of trying to explain what happened at the Craterian theatre when the Rita Brothers brought "Kentucky Moonshine" to & hysterical audience. To say that the Ritzes are funny would be putting It mildly. Of all the mad antics these threo maniacs of comedy have even brought to the screen, It has remained for "Ken tucky Moonshine" to show what can happen when they are really turned loose. The result Is a riot and that's the only way to describe It a dlpsy doodle, wild and wncky, knock-'em-down and drag-'em-out uproar of mirth. And aside from all the mad antics, the picture contains some new songs that hit the spot. Tony Martin and Marjorle Weaver do the vocalizing whenever the Ritzes decide to let someone else have a little glory. Capt , Snow Made Major In Guard SALEU, May 36. (AP) Capt. Ed ward C.
